Tree Cookies

 The Tree Cookie Kits, designed for students in grades 3-12, allow users to journey to the center of a tree using these tree cross sections to discover the hidden mysteries of trees. By examining tree cookies, students can learn age, history of drought and disease, as well as tree identification techniques. The kit includes a class set of tree cookies (with species identification keys), user's guide, illustrations, and a NatureScope reference book for educators. The included user's guide is also loaded with a forest of information and activities for educators.
