Soil Kit

The Soil Kit, designed for students in grades 3-12, allows students to discover the characteristics of different soil types as well as soil function. This kit contains soil sampling agars, soil thermometers, water bottles, filtration cans, magnifiers, and a soil test kit. The soil test kit allows accurate and easy testing for pH, nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus of soil samples. This is a great activity for your school yard or community park. Also included: Life in a Bucket of Soil, Earth Science, Dig In, information on vermiculture, activity sheets, bags of moss, and potting soil that can be used for filtration experiments.
